The first step in working with Rocky Mountain Reset is to schedule a consultation. During this meeting, we’ll assess your needs, discuss your goals, and create a customized plan to organize your space.

The second step is the reset itself—where we transform your space and review any future needs or goals to help you maintain the results and continue enjoying your refreshed environment.

Rocky Mountain Reset offers a wide range of residential and business services, each tailored to meet the unique needs of your space. We encourage you to read the description of each service carefully and reach out with any questions—we’re here to help!

Please Note:

   Basic service pricing is based on typical organizational, housekeeping, and documentation needs.

   Additional fees will apply for extreme conditions, including but not limited to hoarding situations, hazardous environments, and excessive waste.

   Organizational products such as bins, containers, and shelving units are not included in the service fee. If requested, these items will be added as an additional cost.


Rocky Mountain Reset has limited availability as we get the business established. Consultations and virtual services are available 7 days a week. However, in person services which include organizing, cleaning and document organization, is limited to Saturday and Sundays at this time. 


Rocky Mountain Reset  takes client privacy and security seriously. We will never share your personal information or details about your home organization project without your consent. We also use secure communication channels and take measures to protect your home and belongings during the organization process.


We do take photos and videos before, during, and after our services. These materials help us with:

   Team education and training

   Documentation of services provided

   Marketing and community outreach

We deeply respect your privacy. No media we use will ever include anything personally identifying—no faces, names, addresses, or sensitive details. If you prefer no photos or videos at all used in marketing, simply let us know. 


We accept cash and money apps. Checks are only accepted from reputable businesses. *Credit cards coming soon.


The fees listed on our website and quoted to customers is our MINIMUM fee. Fees may vary depending on service needs and degree of cleaning or organization required. Additional fees may apply if circumstances change and the customers approval will always be verified prior to moving forward. Customer MUST sign estimate.


At Rocky Mountain Reset, we believe that everyone deserves a clean, organized space—regardless of budget. For clients with strict financial constraints or low income, we offer flexible options such as:

   Customized service packages that focus on the highest-priority areas.

   Sliding scale pricing for qualifying clients.

   DIY coaching sessions where we guide you through the process with expert advice at a lower cost.

   Phased projects, allowing you to tackle one area at a time over a longer period.

   Donation-based or volunteer-supported services (when available through partnerships or special programs).

Terms & Conditions

Rocky Mountain Reset - Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 5/25

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Rocky Mountain Reset ("we," "our," or "us") to clients ("you" or "your") located in the state of Colorado. By scheduling or receiving services from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.

1. Services Provided
Rocky Mountain Reset offers the following professional services:

Residential and commercial cleaning

Home and office organizing

In-person document organization

Residential laundry (in-home or pickup/delivery)

Virtual and personal assistant services

All services are tailored to the client’s specific needs and performed by trained professionals.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

Services must be booked in advance via phone, email, or online. Consultations are REQUIRED prior to scheduling.

Appointment details must be confirmed prior to the scheduled time.

Rescheduling is permitted at no cost, regardless of timing unless it becomes an issue of reoccurring rescheduling. 


3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Deposits

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee. This fee has to be paid in order to schedule future services.

No Call/No Show in instances where the customer must be present will incur a $50 charge which must be paid in order to reschedule. If a No Call/No Show happens a second time, the fee is the same and customer will be blocked from future services. 


Rescheduling is free, regardless of notice provided.

No refunds are provided for completed or missed appointments (Those missed by customer.)

A $50 deposit is required for all cleaning, organizing, and in-person document organization services lasting up to 3 hours.

For services scheduled for longer than 3 hours, a deposit equal to 50% of the total quoted service fee is required at the time of booking.

All deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if rebooked within 30 days.

4. Access and On-Site Conditions

Client must provide safe and legal access to the service location.

If the client will not be present, access instructions must be communicated in advance.

Pets must be secured or appropriately managed during the appointment. Hostile pets MUST be removed from the property while staff is present.

We reserve the right to cancel or discontinue service due to unsafe, unsanitary, or hostile conditions.

5. Supplies and Equipment

We provide all necessary cleaning and organizing supplies.

Clients may request the use of specific products or materials by informing us in advance. We have naturally based, unscented products as well as the chemically based products. If you prefer we use your products, please let us know.


In case of customers needing organizing supplies,  RMR will provide them with an estimate for the customer to approve and supplies must be paid for prior to installation. Price for supplies is at cost and a receipt will be provided to customer. Service fees for picking up, installing, or removing supplies or equipment may vary.

6. Laundry Services

Items must be properly sorted and labeled, with no hazardous or non-washable materials.

We are not liable for damage due to unclear care labels, normal wear, or pre-existing conditions.

Pickup/delivery details will be confirmed prior to service.

7. Virtual and Personal Assistant Services

Tasks must be legal, reasonable, and clearly communicated.

Services are billed hourly unless otherwise agreed.

Time logs and task summaries are available upon request.

We maintain strict confidentiality. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.

8. Payments and Fees

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Estimates are subject to change and will require customers approval, estimates and updates must be signed by customer for service to be completed. 


Accepted payment methods include cash apps, cash, credit card and checks *businesses only. Payments not made will start incurring $25 a day penalties and will be turned over to collections if left unpaid. If customer does not pay the balance customer will be banned for life. If customer pays balance, customer will be required to pay in full the next service to prevent late payments. 


9. Satisfaction and Re-Work Policy

Clients must notify us of any service concerns within 24 hours of completion.

We may offer a touch-up, service credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

10. Liability and Damages

We are insured for accidental damages during service.

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, delicate items, or normal wear and tear.

11. Confidentiality and Privacy

All client information, including personal and document-related data, is confidential.

We do not share client information without explicit consent.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will apply to all future services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

By booking services with Rocky Mountain Reset, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
